It looks like your "Parental Control" settings have been activated and prevent you from launching some games. You will need to enter your password to access the selected game or change your settings. To change your settings, please launch the Verizon Games on Demand Player.

1. Click on the "Parental Controls" button in the left column on the website.
2. Change your settings according to your rating preferences.
