These issues are typically caused by a Firewall program blocking communication between the Game Player and our game servers.
Game Player freezes at 99%:

To configure your firewall to play Games on Demand please follow the steps below.
- Close the Verizon Games Player (right click the Red Dice Icon in the bottom right corner of your screen—next to the clock—and chose Exit).
- Open your firewall configuration.
- Find the application authorization/program control section and:
- Enable the program gamelauncher.exe (This is the component that makes the EXEtender player run)
- Enable GPlayer.exe (This component is the EXEtender player's browser. It opens on your screen when you launch a title.)
- Try to play your game again.
