Firewall - Receiving "Error 41", "Error 109" or "Cannot connect to server"

Error 41 or 109 typically indicates a communication issue between your computer and the game server caused by a firewall.

To configure your firewall to play Games on Demand please follow the steps below.

  1. Open your firewall configuration.
  2. Find the application authorization/program control section and:
    • Enable the program gamelauncher.exe (This is the component that makes the EXEtender player run)
    • Enable GPlayer.exe (This component is the EXEtender player's browser. It opens on your screen when you launch a title.)

  3. Try to play your game again.
