I tried to log in but I received the following error message: "We are sorry, but the User Name or Password that you entered was not correct. Please re-enter your login information."

If you received this error message, please follow the instructions below:

  1. You may have entered your Verizon user name and password incorrectly. please note that your Verizon Games on Demand password is case sensitive.
  2. If you forgot your password, Please click here and use the "Forgot Your Password" feature.
  3. If you do not know your Verizon username and password please note that your Verizon Games on Demand username is the general username you received from Verizon when you joined Verizon ADSL or FioS broadband services. This is the same username you use to check your emails. Please try to login with your username (for example yourname@verizon.net)
