How do I change or upgrade my active Games on Demand package?

The following process is used to change your Games on Demand package. 

Note: Please make sure you are logged in before proceeding.

  1. Click Central in the upper left of the Games on Demand site or go to Verizon.net
  2. Click "My Account" on the top Red Banner
  3. Click "Manage broadband essentials & Extras" on the left menu
  4. Click your current package



6.
Click "Change Service" at the bottom of the page

7. Choose your new package (Your current package will be selected when the page loads)

8. Review your order then continue.



9.
Select your billing method and continue.



10.
Look over your order summary and continue.



11.
Look over your order confirmation and click "Activate" to proceed to the Games on Demand website.
