In order to send your invite, scroll down the left-hand sidebar until you see the 'Invite a Friend' button. Click on this button and a pop-up box will appear.

And you will see:
Fill in this pop-up box with your name and email, your friend's email, and the code you see in the red & blue box. Then hit "Send Invitations." You will receive a confirmation that your message has been sent, and should soon after receive notice that you have successfully completed the "Invite a Friend" challenge.
The white box below "Invite a Friend" on the left-hand sidebar is used to sign up for newsletter announcements related to recent and upcoming game releases. If you entered your friend's email in this box, they will not receive the "Your friend has invited you to try Games on Demand" message, and you will not receive credit for inviting them. If you accidentally signed your friend up for newsletter announcements, they can easily opt-out by clicking "unsubscribe" on the first newsletter email they receive.
"Enter e-mail address" is the newsletter signup.
If you receive an error message while inviting a friend, exit out of the pop-up and try again in a few minutes. If you followed the above instructions and still did not receive your "Invite a Friend" credit, please contact support and tell them what time, including time zone, you tried to send your invite (ex: 3:45 PM EST).
