The typical error message you will get if your firewall is blocking Games on demand are Error 109, Error 41and "An error Occurred during downloading process".
Please follow the steps below to configure your "Verizon Internet Security Suite" to work with the Games on demand Player on your computer.
1. Right click "Verizon Internet Security Suite" icon on the Task Bar.
2. Select "Open Verizon Internet Security Suite"
3. Click on the "Firewall " Tab
4. Click on " Internet Access Rules"
5. Scroll down the list of programs, and locate "EXEtender Player".
6. If the Action is RED "X" (disabled), this means Games on demand Player is "blocked"
7. Click on the "GREEN CHECK MARK" to ALLOW the Verizon games on demand player.
8. Click"OK" to save the changes.
9. Click the "X" on the top right of Verizon Firewall Security Suite, to EXIT 
10. Open the "Games on Demand player", and click the "RESUME DOWNLOAD (arrow down)" button.
The game will start downloading.
(Please give it 2 - 5 minutes for the bar to start loading)
Once the Bar completes to load, the game is downloaded and ready to play!
