Zone Alarm firewall

Please follow the steps below to configure your ZONE ALARM FIREWALL to work with the Games on demand Player on your computer.

The typical error message you will get if your firewall is blocking Games on demand are Error 109, Error 41, An error Occurred during downloading process.


To fix this error, please follow the information below to configure your Zone alarm firewall.

1. Right click "ZONE ALARM" icon from the Task Bar


2. Select "Restore Zone Alarm Security Suite Control Center"


3. Click on the "Program Control" Tab and choose "Programs"


4. Scroll down until you find "EXEntender Player"

5. Click the "Trust Level" and select "Super".


(Do it for all EXEntender programs if there are more than 1 listed)

A Green check mark should appear indicating the process is being allowed.

Open the "Games on Demand player", and click the "RESUME DOWNLOAD (arrow down)" button.

The game will start downloading.

(Please give it 2 - 5 minutes for the bar to start loading)

Once the Bar completes to load, the game is downloaded and ready to play!
