Please follow the steps below to configure your "Microsoft Live One Care" to work with the Games on demand Player on your computer. (For Windows XP users)
Please note: If you are running Windows Vista on your computer, You will need to disable Live One Care and enable your windows basic firewall.
Microsoft Live Onecare on Windows Vista is not compatible with the Games on Demand service. Scroll down for instructions on how to disable it.
The typical error message you will get if your firewall is blocking Games on demand are Error 109, Error 41, An error Occurred during downloading process.
To fix this error, please follow the information below to configure your Microsoft Live One Care.
1. Right click "Microsoft Live One Care" icon on the Task Bar 
2. Select "Open Microsoft Live One Care"
3. Click on "Change Settings " 
4. Click on " Configure firewall"
5. Click on "Advanced Settings"
6. Go down the "Program name" list and find "EXETender Player" 
7. If the "EXETender Player" Was being "Block", you will need to change it to "Allow"
8. Click "OK" to save your Changes.
9. Click on "CLOSE"
10. Click on "OK"
11. Open the "Games on Demand player", and click the "RESUME DOWNLOAD (arrow down)" button.
The game will start downloading.
