MacAfee Security Center

Please follow the steps below to configure your "MacAfee Security Center" to work with the Games on demand Player.

The typical error message you will get if your firewall is blocking Games on demand are Error 109, Error 41, or "An error Occurred during downloading process".

To fix this error, please follow the information below to configure your MacAfee Security Center.

Right click "MacAfee Security Center" icon on the Task Bar


Select "Open Security Center"


Click on the "Internet & Network" Tab


Choose "Configure"


On "Firewall Protection is Enable" Click on "Advanced"


Click on "Program Permissions"


Locate "EXETender Player" and check that "Permission", is not "Blocked"


If Blocked, you will need to click on the "EXETender player (Gplayer.exe)" and then click on "Allow access" on the bottom


Check that the "EXETender player" has "Full Access", and then click "OK"


Click the "X" on the top right of MacAfee Security Center, to EXIT


Open the "Games on Demand player", and click the "RESUME DOWNLOAD (arrow down)" button.

The game will start downloading.

(Please give it 2 - 5 minutes for the bar to start loading)

Once the Bar completes to load, the game is downloaded and ready to play!
