I forgot my parental control password, how can I retrieve it?
Click on the "Parental Controls" button in the left column on the website.
Under the "Password" box, click on the "Forgot Password" link.
In doing so, you will immediately be asked for the answer to the "Password Hint" question you entered when you first set up your "Parental Control" settings.
