Please follow the steps below to configure the "Norton Internet Security Firewall"

to work with the Games on demand Player on your computer.

These are the typical error message you will get if your firewall is blocking Games on demand (EXEtender.exe or GPLAYER),

To fix this error, please follow the information below to configure your Norton Internet Security Firewall.

1. Right click, "Norton Internet Security" Firewall icon on the Task Bar


2. Select "Open Norton Internet Security"

3. Once the Norton Internet security Control opens, Click on the "Settings " Tab for Internet,


4. Locate "Program Control" and Click on "Configure"

5. Locate "EXEtender Player", OR "Gplayer.Exe".

6. If the Access rule is "Block" (disabled), this means Games on demand Player won't be able to work.

7. Click on the triangle to bring up the menu, and choose "ALLOW"

8. Click"OK" to save the changes


9. Click the "X" on the top right of the settings window, to close settings and Click the "X" on the top right of Norton Internet Security Firewall, to EXIT

Open the "Games on Demand player", and click the "RESUME DOWNLOAD (arrow down)" button.

The game will start downloading.

(Please give it 2 - 5 minutes for the bar to start loading)

Once the Bar completes to load, the game is downloaded and ready to play!
