Known Issue
1. Game prompts to insert a CD.
Solution:
Take the following steps to fix the problem you are having with Driv3r:
a. Make sure that you are running the latest drivers for your video card; you can update your drivers by visiting your video card manufacturer's website.

b. Make sure that you are running the latest version of the Verizon Games on Demand player. To obtain the latest player version, click on the "Install Player" link located under the "Get Started" section.
c. Once the player installation is completed, remove your game cache and re-download the game. To remove the game cache, follow the steps outlined below:
- Click on your "Start " menu
- Go to "All Programs"
- Verizon Games on Demand
- Verizon Games on Demand Player Settings
- Make sure you are on the " Installed Games " tab
- Select the game you want to remove
- Click on the remove icon (X), on the top left
- When a pop up box appears, make sure the "Preserve all Settings and saved information" check box is unchecked.
- Click "remove" to remove the game cache
Download the game again and attempt to play it, you should be able to launch the game now.
2. I get an error message saying: "No supported display adapter present".
Solution:
a. If you are getting this error message, it means that you are running Intel graphics; since Intel chipsets do not totally support Direct X 9.0, you will be unable to play "Driv3r".
